Elephant Recruitments personable approach and commitments have come from the experiences, hopes and parental concerns of two working mums who’s aim is to make childcare work for you.
Not unlike an Elephant, we recognise the important qualities that are needed to look after children, a strong sense of loyalty, wisdom and intelligence.
Monica Morison – Director
Founder and Director of Elephant Recruitment, with over 20 years business experience. I have worked for national recruitment agencies based in Dublin, London and the West Midlands with my heels in the city and wellies in the country. I was luckily lured back to where I grew up, Shropshire, when I met my husband Mark.
Over the past 7 years while raising my three children and being a working Mum, I have enjoyed a career in Fundraising for a local Children's Hospice. This is when the concept for Elephant Recruitment a personable childcare agency began, as I struggled to find flexible weekend and emergency childcare.
I am a sociable, fun loving person who loves cooking for my friends and family when time permits. I have a fixation for Rachel Allen's recipes and love everything Avoca!
